Greg Rents has been located in Oak View, California since 1999 and recently opened our second location in Ventura, California in 2024.  Greg is a 6th generation Ventura County businessman. He attended Ventura High and went to Reedley College where he studied as a Diesel Mechanic.

 

Greg takes pride in being an active member of the community. He has served on the Oak View Civic Council as both Honorary Mayor and President. In addition, he's been actively involved with the Oak View Beautification Committee, Ojai Chamber of Commerce, the Oak View Moose Lodge, Ventura Chamber Young Professionals Group, Ventura Chamber of Commerce and numerous community outreach events.

 

Greg Rents has won the "Business of the Year" award in 2007 and 2009 presented by the Oak View Civic Council. Greg was also nominated for "Best New Chamber Member 2012" and "Spirit of the Ojai Valley 2013" and "Small Business of the Year 2015" by the Ojai Chamber of Commerce and the Ojai Valley Board of Relator's Carla Bard Community Service Award (2022).

 

Greg is also an active member and now board member (2021-2024) of the California Rental Association (CRA), a current member and past board member of the Ojai Chamber of Commerce (2024) and Ventura Chamber of Commerce (2024), and an active member of the Rotary Club of Ojai (2024).

 

In his spare time, Greg competes as a professional motorcycle hillclimber and loves to spend time with his family, son (5 years old), daughter (3 years old) and friends.
